I would like to know more about the makeup trends of the 1980`s?

Was the makeup garish or subtle? What were the most colors in use?I would like to know more about the makeup trends of the 1980`s?
Not that any of us really want to remember the make up tends in the 80s but it was very LOUD. Usualy blue, purple, and green were found screaming on the eyes. Extreamly heavy blush, with glitter in it if you could find it and pink or red lipsI would like to know more about the makeup trends of the 1980`s?
It was original, and very sdeductive, yet fun.

alot of enphasis on the eyes.

and the hair was a helmet basically.

big, big hair.

im pretty sure all the colors were used. and that whole ';au natural'; thing was avoided.
Contouring, contouring, contouring. That means deep, rust colored blush applied to the hollow of your cheeks while you sucked them in to look slimmer. Same color lipstick/gloss. And blue eyeshadow. Ugh.
poofy hair. pink.
i loved the 80's growing up in that time was great!! we of course had big hair( I'm from TX so we have the EAST TEXAS Big Hair) but the makeup was dark bright colours like blues and pinks dark eyeliners and pink lips. the more u had on the better. you can go 2 google and type in 80's look and images. It was a fun time but i now know better ways to wear my makeup!!
Horrid... Blue eyeshadow to the eyebrows, thick eyebrows, red lips, very strong blush
Garish to say the least! Eyeshadow was caked-on green and blue and pink with red jammy lips, thick brows and BIG hair
pink and blue eyeshadow
there was no such thing as subtle make-up in the 80's. heavy green eye shadow black liner and pink or red lips
Lots of it was the 80's thing, and the colors i remember were mostly pink and purple or blue.
Everycolor %26amp; lots of it !!!! Just go back to some of the 80's rock bands- Everyone looked just like them.
